The Consortium will conduct CLAT on 19 June 2022 between 02:00 pm. – 04:00 pm. The test will be two hours long and will consist of five sections, i.e. English Language, General Knowledge, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Techniques and Legal Reasoning. The total number of questions in the exam will be 150 questions, and each question carries 1 mark. On answering each question correctly, the candidates will get 1 mark, and on answering each question incorrectly, 0.25 mark will be deducted from the candidates’ score. Therefore, it is essential that the candidate must focus on their answers rather than doing guesswork. Verbal Ability

This section is going to be a mixed bag of Reading comprehension and grammar questions, with difficulty ranging from anywhere from easy to moderate. Reading comprehension will be passaged based questions, whereas grammar questions will feature questions on idioms, vocabulary and phrases. 

General Knowledge 

Candidates can expect static GK, as well as Current affairs questions from various news articles, editorials, et cetera. 

Logical Reasoning

How to check CLAT 2022 Results:

The CLAT result will be declared in late July 2022. Once declared, the results will be available on the official website of the consortium – consortiumofnlus.ac.in. After filling in the required information, (Roll no., D.O.B.), candidates will be able to access their scorecards. After that, you can also check your CLAT Analysis.

The scorecards will contain all the relevant information such as the candidate’s name, roll number, marks secured in each subject, total marks, percentage marks secured and the final result status.

Steps to check CLAT 2022 results

Fill in the requested details in the pop-up window
On correctly filling up the information, CLAT 2022 results will be displayed on the screen.
The CLAT scorecard will show details like the Name of the candidate, roll number, application number, CLAT score, All India Rank, Category Rank, NRI Rank, and other admission related details.
You can save the result in PDF format or print the result for future access.

Candidates will be able to check the Merit List along with the declaration of CLAT 2022 results. The merit list is only available to be viewed in the Online mode and the admission offers will be based on the Merit List. If a tie is observed between two or more candidates scoring the same marks in some cases, then tie-breaking criteria will be considered to break the tie. Tie-breaking criteria follow the following steps:

  1. Higher marks in the Legal Reasoning sections of the CLAT examination
